We are quickly becoming one of the leading publishers of TV and Movie licensed products, working with some of the most exciting and creative rights owners in the licensing industry. Our catalogue currently features Harry Potter, The Traitors, Shrek, Taskmaster, How to Train Your Dragon, Race Across the World, Lord of the Rings, Peaky Blinders, House of Games, The Chase, Catch Phrase, Aardman and Popmaster.

We are based in Cheltenham, a beautiful regency spa town in the Cotswolds.
The Role:
We are looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our existing design team. You’ll work on a mix of brand licensed, inventor licensed, and in-house developed games and puzzles targeted at UK, US and International markets. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to support the realisation of each product.
Daily Tasks Include:
- Organising workload to determine order of priority – referring to Monday.com
- Ensuring tasks are completed by set deadlines
- Communicating with the Senior designers to ensure standards are met
- Responding to requests from the PD/Sales/Marketing teams
- Keeping up to date with design trends and sharing interesting information with the design team
Person Spec/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- Minimum 2 years commercial experience – in-house or agency.
- Multi-disciplinary designer who can design for print and digital.
- Evidence of packaging experience – either university project, self-directed projects or in a previous job role.
- Knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Experience of using Figma and/or After Effects is advantageous but not essential. Basic photography skills also valued.
- Good sense of colour, layout, composition, typography, and attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and visual consistency.
- Creative, enthusiastic and eager to develop design skills within a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Understanding of consumer behaviour, shelf impact and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication skills, highly organised, and capable of working collaboratively within a busy, but supportive design team.
